When are check-in and check-out?
Arrival is handled by self check-in after the apartment is ready, and departure is in the morning so the house can be prepared properly. Tell us your travel times when you enquire and we will confirm what works for your dates.
How does arrival work?
Guests receive the exact address, step-by-step self check-in notes and a direct support line before arrival.
Is there parking?
Lagos has a mix of street and paid parking nearby. We send current parking notes, restrictions and walking guidance before arrival so you are not working it out at the kerb.
Is the apartment accessible?
The apartment is in a residential building with stair access. If step-free access, stairs, doorway widths or bathroom layout matter for your stay, email before booking and we will answer specifically.
Can children stay?
Children are welcome when the two-bedroom setup works for your party. Ask ahead if you need a cot, highchair or other family kit so availability can be confirmed before you book.
What are the cancellation and deposit terms?
Rate rules, payment timing and any security deposit are confirmed in writing before a booking is held. Longer stays and winter lets have separate monthly terms.
Are pets, parties or smoking allowed?
No parties and no smoking indoors. Pets are considered by prior agreement only, so ask before booking if you plan to travel with one.
