Rates, Taxes & Payment
Rates are quoted in euros. Any required taxes, payment schedule and security-deposit arrangements are included in the written booking confirmation.
Changes & Cancellation
Cancellation deadlines, refund conditions and no-show terms are confirmed with the rate before a guest commits.
Occupancy & Conduct
The reservation is subject to the published maximum occupancy and house rules.
Problems During a Stay
Guests should contact the host promptly so there is a fair opportunity to resolve an issue during the stay.
